Fashionable Fundraising Girls’ nights out don’t come much cooler than this:

on Thursday 29th July, Jewel Bar in London will be hosting a very fashionable charity event in aid of the One Foundation, featuring vintage, cocktails and dancing. The optional dress code is ‘fashion through the ages’ so dig out your finest retro threads and see if you can catch the eye of two vintage experts, Natasha Bailie and Laura Kate Bradley of Love Miss Daisy, who will be awarding a vintage hamper for the best outfit.

As well as a champagne and canapé reception to start the night, there will be entertainment from supremely stylish girl group The Rockabellas, performing tunes new and old, all with their signature swinging sass. Raffle prizes on offer include an iPad, a TV, Eurostar tickets and lots more, and don’t forget it’s all in aid of a fantastic cause – 100% of proceeds from the event will go to the One Foundation, a charity which provides Sub-Saharan African communities with a source of clean water.

The average African woman has to walk five hours a day to collect water, but by installing PlayPumps – children’s roundabouts attached to water pumps – the One Foundation has already changed the lives of more than one million people.
