Poppys first Christmas (not sure if this should be in ‘Pet My Blog’) but she very much enjoyed all the gifts she recieved and so did Paco!! Had such a lovely time and now London is calling me back! Hope you lot had an amazing time and drank too much, sang too much and ate WAY too much!

‘My old dog Ritz, Mum says she named him after the crackers, but Dad says he was named after the drink so who knows, I think the latter. Then I came along and everywhere I went, he went too.
So pals, you’ve completed the Musical Advent Calendar, but we never stop playing (on youtube) at Ballad, it’s the holidays after all and so we’re kind of bored at home. Well I am. So then playmates, here are some fun videos I have been enjoying today. Of the non-music variety.
Introducing Wizard People, Dear Reader. This guy has taken the sound off the first Harry Potter film and re-narrated the story of Harry Fucking Potter, Ronnie the Bear and the bushy haired one. This is genius, and to get you hooked I decided not to start you with the first chapter, but chapter 19 because it’s great, and then you can get the idea and watch the thing from the start if you would like to. I hope you will.

Something to justify having this post in the music section - a song to dance around the bedroom to. From Caribou who was brilliant back when he was Manitoba and still somehow brings out brilliant albums that we should all buy with our newly acquired Christmas money.
The last dance is such a no brainer, so much so that I am starting to question myself a bit.
So for those who are at the end of the party and still able to stand, we salute you and here we have the final tune (until the sober light of day).
