Me and the wonderful Erdy went to SouthEnd! Oh and it was lovely! We had Ice cream, Wine, Chips with tonnes of vinegar. A day on the beach is a great way to spend a Saturday!! Oh and I won a toy car on the 2p machine! Takes me back to family holidays in the 90′s!! and i WON at mini-golf :p

Ballad Of…What inspires your blog?

Carolina… I’m always being inspired by new things. World, art, photography,
fashion, people, my boyfriend, my friends, you. Everything!!

B…Why did you start it?

C….I started my blog because everyday I saw amazing pictures, outfits and
the most amazing and great stuff and I thought: oh my god so
beautiful! I’ve got to share this with somebody. Why not a blog?

B…Where is your favourite place in the world?

C… My favourite places in the world….the beach, my bed, the amazing
streets of Lisbon, London, NY, some place with good food. But I’m
still looking for more amazing places, it’s impossible to name just
one!

B…and in London, where do you like best?

C… Bricklane, excellent people, food, market and art everywhere!!

B…What is your favourite food?

C…Bread and butter and Italian food…I’m crazy for pastas and pizzas! Yumi!

B…and drink of choice..?

C… ohh…gin with tonic! I’m addicted!

B…What was your favourite subject at school?

C…Drawing classes, definitely! Math sucks!

B…Why does Ice Cream taste better with a flake in it?

C… I really don’t like Ice Creams….I’m a weirdo!

C…Victoria! She was the bad girl.

B…On a scale of 1 - 10 how devastated were you when Geri left?

C…Totally devastated, like 11 or something, I didn’t eat or sleep! ahah!

Episode Three: Terry Richardson

It isn’t really up for debate; Terry Richardson is one of our genorations most challenging, influential and successful photographers.

His Dad, Bob Richardson, is widely credited for introducing sex, drugs and all its associations into fashion photography, and was shunned for a long time by the industry giants, who didn’t feel that the world was ready to see such sights, or didn’t want to be associated with this world, and he was a regular feature on Vogue’s cutting room floor. Like great artists of the past, truly not appreciated in his time.

Without Bob, Terry’s work, along with many of today’s industry leaders, wouldn’t be what it is today.

Terry Richardson’s photography is seductive, seedy and provocative. There is something of the every day about all his images, something sensitive and heart felt, yet they are some how uncomfortable to look at. Their raw beauty and eroticism is similar to dark tourism, we don’t know why, but we cannot tear our eyes away.

His images are addictive, and if you too can’t get enough, this is more than your heart could possibly desire. Enjoy my loves x
