Got to Bristol, didnt realise how pretty it was here, as soon as we get out the station we are greeted by its pretty buildings. A taxi to the hotel is in order, the luggage seems to get heavier from day to day and I dont seem to be buying anything to be filling it with?!
After a quick shower and change of clothes and greet Sam (Nadine’s boyfriend) we head to the quayside to get dinner and I can say they know how to cook their fish here, YUMMY.
A quick sound check and back in the changing rooms for a little chit chat and at 8:15 Nadine goes on stage and draws in the audience with her powerful voice. After half hour of people watching attentively she finishes her set and I go and sell some CDs before Shakespeare’s Sister come on stage and we have a little dance. I reckon soon I will be able to join in, starting to know all the lyrics by heart.

After sorting out the paperwork and the gear we headed to a bar, after a bit of walking around in circles we finally managed to land ourselves to this kinda cheesy yet fun bar. After a couple of drinks you could tell we were the out of towners dancing like crazy fools on the dancefloor throwing some shapes. Sophia, her friends and I decided to move on to another club where we could dance properly but after a couple of hours I decided to be lame and old and head back to the Hotel. Sometimes the thoughts that you think are a great idea at the time are not so good in reality, which I found out when I decided to walk from the club to the hotel, I am a tit. Called my friend Harry to keep me company up and down these roads until forty minutes later I reached my destination.

The next day we had a few hours to kill so decided to have our one and only meal in the day a massive one, went to a great restaurant and the pictures below just shows you how lush it was, ah thinking about it now makes me want it all over again. Well apart from the desert as my eyes were bigger than my stomach.

Now we are off to Birmingham…
