A bedroom quite like no other…
When I go back up to Yorkshire, every single time, there’s an addition to my sisters bedroom. Her bedroom is um, lets say, quite different to other bedrooms. So this time after my trip home to visit the family, I decided photos just HAD to be taken to show you all just how full and crazy my sisters room is.
So you have to look very closely at the treasures hidden in her room, we have globes to lamps with sheppards on, old fashioned cameras, axe’s and guns and as you can see, its very very busy! Infact, busy is an understatement.
Mine & my sisters nan passed away last year, and her house was amazing, full of unusual things that my granddad made (he was super creative, even had a dark room in his bathroom…JEALOUS) and we we’re lucky enough to be able to bring them into both our homes. So now we have our Nans influence all around us.
My sis, as creative as my granddad was, also has adorned her walls with her own art, from oil paintings of our family to experimental photography, it’s all there which is another reason why I LOVE HER BEDROOM.
Not forgetting her wallpaper collection (yes, thats right, a collection) On one wall we have leopard print, on another we have floral and birds, and then on the third wall theres a black and silver physcadillia madness. As busy as it is, it also has that cosy feeling to us…perfect for drifting off into a lovely slumber.
